About the Journal

Indonesian Journal Vascular and Cardiothoracic Anesthesia (INVACTA) is a scientific journal published by the Indonesian Association of  Cardiac Anesthesiologists (IACA). The journal is published two times a year.

Indonesian Journal Vascular and Cardiothoracic Anesthesia publishes original works with high scientific quality. Preference is given to experimental work or clinical observation in humans and laboratory work of clinical relevance. The journal also publishes narrative reviews commissioned by authorities in areas of interest to those working in anesthesiology, pain, emergency medicine, or intensive care especially in Vascular and cardiothoracic settings. We accept writings in the form of Research Reports, Case Reports, and Literature Reviews, whether clinical or up to the biomolecular level, and letters to editors related to Vascular and cardiothoracic Anesthesiology, and cardiac critical care. The manuscripts considered to be published complete manuscripts that have not been published in other national/international magazines. Manuscripts that have been published in the proceedings of scientific meetings are still acceptable in complete article as long as they get written permission from the organizing committee.
